Dan Harms of “Papers Falling from an Attic Window” is currently researching the Necronomicon and finding some interesting factoids. Is he finding out that the stars are about to be right? That the idiot god Azazoth is indeed the center of everything and nothing? That Y’ha-nthlei is in fact located off the coast of Gloucester, Massachusetts? Nope. These are more mundane facts about the people who wrote various “editions” of the book, their lives, and the shoppes they owned. Mundane, yet still fascinating information.
Like why did such a high percentage of military personnel purchase the book?
Not only has the cover art for the “Cthulhu Mythos Encyclopedia” been posted up by Elder Sign Press, but a release date has been set for July 17. Go order yourself a hard cover edition.

Dan Harms of “Papers Falling From an Attic Window” has up an interesting tale of his possibly finding another link between Lovecraft and Alistair Crowley; this one going in the direction of “Did Crowley know of Lovecraft?”
