Rob Zombie and Eli Roth in review

Monday, December 10th, 2007

HorrorYearBook has a pretty good write up examining Rob Zombie and Eli Roth, comparing their movie making careers.  Its a pretty long read, as far as most of the posts I link to, so get yourself a chunk of time and a snack.  Or read it in segments if your attention span, like mine can be, is too short for one sitting.  Its a good read, even if its not Lovecraftian.  Hey.  Its Rob F’ing Zombie and Horror!  Good enough for me.

Zombies and Sex… All Right!

Friday, November 2nd, 2007

HorrorYearBook’s Thursday comic review is the place to get the info on a comic if you’ve been craving some zombie sex.  I personally believe that if more people would just have sex and stop making it into something wrong, the world would be a much much better place.   Even if that place were a zombie infested, post-apocalyptic, ashen shell of a world.

Crawlspace: XXXombiesWriter Rick Remender (Fear Agent, and yes, I have to read that book) along with Tony Moore (The Walking Dead) and artist Kieron Dwyer (Remains) band together with their zombie power and craft an original, B-Movie story with X-rated flair, filled with adult industry lingo and rotting corpse madness. If you ever wondered if a zombie could get a boner? Your answer is here.

So head on over to HorrorYearBook to find out just in which comic your answers lie waiting.

Machete is go!

Thursday, August 2nd, 2007

Grindhouse was an awesome movie.  The fake trailers were also just as awesome.  Well, it looks like
one of those fake trailers is no longer fake!  Robert Rodriguez’s Machete is a go!  Now if only they could make Rob Zombie’s “Werewolf Women of the SS”.
