LostCarcosa.net on Hiatus
The human heart can only withstand so much pain. To have one’s heart broken, raised back up, and crushed again is one thing. To have to experience being told that you will never again see or talk to your child, even if not biologically your own, is tenfolds painful. To experience it twice is more unbearable than any person should have to deal with and my heart just can’t take it.
So with that, LostCarcosa.net is on hiatus until I can find the heart to continue on.

Thanks Darren. As I’ve been told, the heart will heal, and will eventually find a new love. I think that applies more for losing a sweat heart, as opposed to one’s children.
Knowing myself, its just a matter of waiting for the numbness and resignation to my lot in life to kick back in, and focus my mind on the comic and website. Massively depressing I know, but I’m weird like that. I’ll probably get back to posting the ole’ Lovecraft sooner than I think. I, sad to say, have experienced this before.
This may be a short hiatus seeing as how I can’t even get myself to stop responding to you guys when I’m supposed to be gone on emotional break.
